Tucker Carlson: PI -- The Soundtrack

In honor of it being xavantina's birthday, many of us on this community got together and created a birthday present for you. While not the ideal gift, it however was something important to us -- to let you know that we appreciate you being part of this community. You have given us this week what I'm certain MANY of us will consider to be one of the BEST Tucker-fics, if not one of the BEST fics on the 'net. "Tucker Carlson: PI" has brought us so much happiness in this little community that we thought that we'd give you something in return: a soundtrack for the fic.

Every James Bond -type movie always had the theme song that told the story of what was to come. "Shoot Your Gun" is no different, and just works well as an anthem before the music starts.

This is a coming of the times // you are a witness to the movement // If all you're seeing is lies // you had your chance, but now you¹ve blown it.
This would be the theme song for Tucker during the course of this fic. =)

03)MORE EFFEMINATE THAN YOU // robin black
I'm one of those boys // Who played with girls toys // I'm one of those boys // I played with the wrong toys // I'm one of those boys
Jon, too, needs a theme song. He's one of those boys. ::giggle::

04) WORKED UP SO SEXUAL // the faint
i see you work at night, are you sexually amused? // what's it like to have a room of guys encircling you? // how she moves and how she walks // they all patiently await while the heat from in their pockets could burn marks into their legs.
It's a song about prostitution-- the central theme to the fic. So... tada.

05)DIAMONDS AND GUNS // the transplants
t's a wicked world that we live in // it's cruel and unforgiving
Guns. Aggression. Oh yes. It's the shooting free-for-all.

06) FLOODS // flin flod
There's no real lyrics needed for this song. It's the Andy Cooper 360 theme song-- used for the meeting at COOPERS. O_O

07)GAY BAR // electric six
You! // I wanna take you to a gay bar // I wanna take you to a gay bar
A song about taking someone to a gay bar. I imagine Jon singing this to Tucker when I hear this.

08)HORNY // mousseT
So I got to sing this song // To let you know how I feel, what's the deal baby // And I can't wait for you // And the things you make me do // My heart is ringing so I'm singing this song for you // I'm horny, horny, horny, horny
Oh the infamous sex scene, oh how this would be a great song to play in the background while Jon sedduces Tucker into his bed.

09)LISTEN TO YOUR HEART // dht remix
Listen to your heart // There's nothing else you can do // I don't know where you're going // And I don't know why // but listen to your heart // Before you tell him goodbye
Confused!Tucker after sex with Jon-- laying awake in bed wondering what the hell he just did. Listen to your heart, Tucker. You love Jon!

10)SLEEP // the dandy worhols
Well I could sleep forever // but it's of her I dream // if I could sleep forever // I could forget about everything
I imagined Tucker going off to sleep sort of sad and confused where we last him. It's a slower song, but has this emotion of being quite sad and how he'd feel after contemplating everything.

11)VIVA L'AMOR // tess
Can I touch you baby // Can I kiss you maybe // If you'll let me // Can I hold you baby // Come on closer maybe // If you'll let me // Come and get me
I'm honestly not sure how this fic is going to end, but I'm hoping happily. Thus, I have included a song that's happy, upbeat, etc in hopes of Jon and Tucker being together and all that jazz because I'm an optimist. Well, that and I absolutely have had an obsession with this song for about a week.
